1. Making your booking All bookings are made by an adult 21 years + on the explicit understanding that the occupants adhere to the terms of the literature provided and rules of this home.
2. Confirmation of booking After Booking is complete you will receive a booking confirmation message, confirming your booking was successful. About 1 week before you check in you will receive a detailed message with all the information you need to check in.
3. Parking There is parking spaces for 2 full size cars, in the driveway. There is no parking alongside the curb outside of the home, security will ticket your vehicle. (even if you are unpacking luggage, please make it quick) however, we do have an additional parking space in the parking spaces by the pool.
4. Duration of your stay All terms as per minimum Three-night stay, up to a maximum of 15 nights. You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your stay, which must be paid before leaving. 5. Payment When you book you pay the standard booking costs by bank transfer and or PayPal .
6. Bookings for 2023 and 2024 A deposit of £150 is payable by return to secure your booking. If we have not received this deposit within 5 working days, we reserve the right to release your preferred dates. We must receive the balance of the money owed no less than 6 weeks of the start of the booking, payable in full if the hire is within 6 weeks. If less than 6 weeks, full payment at the time of booking is required.
7. Changes to or cancellation of your booking/ Cancellation charges If you must or want to cancel your booking, please contact us either by telephone or the website email contact. Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
8. Visiting Pets Pets are not allowed. Service dogs are permitted, subject to prior agreement.
9. Unreasonable behavior The owner will refuse to handover the accommodation keys if the unreasonable behavior. We reserve the right to cancel a booking after the keys have been handed over if there are any complaints due to alcohol, drug use, or physical attack ,Arguments with the residents, neighbors or any police attendance. No refunds will be made, see also Clause 4 – damage.
10. Special requests If you have any special requests, you must let us know as soon as possible after the booking date. Although we will try to accommodate the requests, we cannot guarantee that any request will be granted.
11. Visitors & Guests If you are expecting visitors to come to the home to see you during your stay, then please advise us of this so we are expecting them. Regrettably, overnight stays are not permitted, and you will be charged extra guest fee if more guest are spotted than what was put on the reservation.
13. Proof of identity ( you are who you say you are) Is governed that you send a copy of your ID to Cookiesnboollc@yahoo.com, and or your full address and full government name.
